In the game, the right side of the TV has a vertical line blurred, and obviously. The first off BOSS fuzzy.

Problem:
First level boss has Atari 2600-like garbled graphics.
This was not an issue in an earlier firmware version (not sure what version; my PSIO was from the March 2016 pre-order batch and I never updated anything on it after that until 8/19/2017)
There is also garbled graphics along the length of the far right edge of the screen that would probably be hidden by overscan on most displays. (Unsure if this particular issue is how the game normally behaves or if it's a PSIO bug).
